What Happens During the First 90 Days of an AI Visibility Engagement?

An illustrative sequence of research, approved changes, and review—not a promise of results in ninety days.

The direct answer

A sensible engagement moves from business context and baseline research to a prioritized roadmap, authorized implementation, and repeat observations. The sequence below is illustrative. It is not Answer Ascent’s universal delivery schedule, a contractual milestone plan, or a promised results window. Actual timing depends on agreed scope, access, approvals, and implementation complexity.

An early phase: establish the facts

Confirm services, ideal customers, markets, current content, and relevant business evidence. Choose the questions and testing conditions before interpreting results. Separate branded accuracy checks from category discovery. Record what is included and what remains outside scope. This prevents the work from becoming a broad collection of prompts with no clear connection to buying decisions.

A planning phase: prioritize feasible work

Review observed descriptions, supplied citations, competitors, and meaningful inaccuracies. Decide what deserves attention based on relevance, evidence, control, and effort. Assign approval and implementation responsibility. Some issues require another publisher or access owner, so dependencies should remain visible rather than being represented as work a service partner can complete unilaterally.

An execution phase: publish and verify

Implement the approved scope. That may include clearer service pages, useful comparison content, consistent profiles, or technical accessibility improvements. Log what changed and confirm it is live, readable, and linked appropriately. Do not report a drafted page as published work, or assume that a deployed change has already influenced an independent AI system.

A review phase: compare and refine

Repeat agreed questions, document the conditions, and assess the observations. Distinguish visibility signals from referral visits and qualified inquiries. A response change after publication is not proof that a specific edit caused it. The useful output is a clear record of work, evidence, limitations, and next priorities. Agree your actual milestones and reporting cadence in the engagement.
